Remembering Robert Shaw
A tribute to the legendary music director of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra & Chorus
On Sunday, November 20, the Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, in collaboration with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, will present a tribute to Robert Shaw. The program features a lecture by Robert Blocker, Dean of the Yale School of Music and editor of The Robert Shaw Reader, followed by a discussion moderated by Dean Blocker. The event will be at the Rich Auditorium of the Woodruff Arts Center at 3 p.m. Tickets are free of charge and may be reserved at atlantapbk@gmail.com.
