Description: Chinese Southern Belle, LLC is a unique business that uses food to connect people and culture. Atlanta native and Harvard graduate, Natalie Keng, grew up working in the family restaurant and learned home-style, fusion dishes and techniques with her mother, aunts and grandparents as a young Georgia girl. In this class learn to make delicious, homestyle Asian dumplings and potstickers with ready-made and handmade wrappers, plus plenty of kitchen, shopping, product tips and entertaining Buddha-to-Bubba family stories!
