Ready to Dance: No. 14 Seed Harvard Set to Take on No. 3 Seed New Mexico Thursday Evening
The Harvard Men's Basketball Team won the Ivy League Championship for the second year in a row and is headed to the Big Dance this Thursday night!
We have organized a watch party at Gordon Biersch in Buckhead, just minutes away from Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza retail centers. With easy access to 400 and I-85, Gordon Biersch is located near the intersection of Piedmont and Peachtree. Free convenient parking available. Each person is responsible for their own food and drink.
Our Recent Grads Co-Chair, Nicolai Schwarzkopf, will be there to greet you and direct you to our designated area.
Game 1: 2pm/et - 4 St. Louis vs. 13 New Mexico St.
Game 2: 4:30pm/et - 5 Oklahoma St. vs. 12 Oregon
Game 3: 7:15pm/et - 6 Arizona vs. 11 Belmont
Game 4: 9:45pm/et - 3 New Mexico vs. 14 Harvard
And if you think our prospects are dim, just remember that Harvard is one of only a few 16 seeds who have beaten a number 1 seed in a national tournament. The Women's Basketball Team beat Stanford in 1998.
