An Ivy+ Event at Pace Academy
Our friends at the Brown University alumni association of Atlanta invite you to a special Ivy+ event on March 13th at Pace Academy featuring Andrew Woelflein '86, a distinguished military historian and trustee of the Anne S.K. Brown Military Collection at Brown University.
This presentation will highlight military artwork and historical artifacts from 1500 to 1945, including illustrations of Napoleon's invasion of Russia and WWII art from General MacArthur's "court" artist.
We will also examine notable special collections from other Ivy League institutions, such as Princeton's manuscripts from the Islamic world, Columbia's world theater collections, and Cornell's collection on human sexuality.
