Sunday Suppers are casual gatherings where new ideas and stimulating conversation are the main fare. The guest speaker leads an informal discussion based on their work or topic of interest. Reservations are open to current Harvard Club of Georgia members and Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta their guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance is limited to 12 people so that the conversation is more personal and happens around the dinner table. The dinners are Pot-luck, so please bring a dish that you can share.

The potluck dinner will be held at Bill and Carol Schnaer home from 6pm to 9pm on Sunday, November 16, 2025. This event will feature a brief presentation from Sameer and a potluck dinner and conversation will follow.
Ms. Fazili is an economic policy expert with over 20 years of leadership experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She is currently a Senior Fellow at Workshop and at the Roosevelt Institute. She also serves as an advisor to philanthropies, non-profits, and companies on energy transition, supply chains, industrial policy, and inclusive economic development. She previously served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of the White House’s National Economic Council in the Biden-Harris administration. In that role, she led the administration’s work on industrial policy, technological innovation, and regional economic development, including the response to numerous supply chain crises. She serves on the boards of the Heinz Endowments, the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, Asian Americans Advancing Justice Atlanta, and the Paideia School. She previously worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the U.S. Treasury Department, and Yale Law School. A graduate of Yale Law School and Harvard College, she lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
