Sunday Supper - September 13

Sunday Suppers are casual gatherings where new ideas and stimulating conversation are the main fare. The guest speaker leads an informal discussion based on their work or topic of interest. Reservations are open to current Harvard Club of Georgia members and Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta their guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance is limited to 12 people so that the conversation is more personal and happens around the dinner table. The dinners are Pot-luck, so please bring a dish that you can share. The potluck dinner will be held at the home of  Tina Chadwick from 6pm to 9pm on Sunday, September 13, 2026. This event will feature a brief presentation by Janet Grant and a potluck dinner and conversation will follow.

Dave Sutton is the Managing Partner, Blue Rhino Capital, LLC and is the author of Marketing, Interrupted, a contributing author to Harvard Business Review’s Strategic Analytics, and co-author of Enterprise Marketing Management: The New Science of Marketing. His forthcoming book, Built for Trust: How Companies Build Credibility in the Age of AI, Misinformation, and Distrust, explores how leaders can design organizations that deserve confidence from customers, employees, investors, and the broader market.

Dave is a marketer, investor, board director, and business builder who helps companies turn strategy into growth—and growth into lasting enterprise value.

As the founder of TopRight, an Atlanta-based transformational marketing firm, Dave helped companies align Story, Strategy, and Systems to create stronger brands, better customer experiences, and more durable growth. He successfully sold the firm to private equity and exited the business in 2022.

Today, as Managing Partner of Blue Rhino Capital, Dave works with leadership teams, investors, and boards to help companies sharpen their positioning, strengthen their go-to-market systems, and apply emerging technologies with greater discipline. He serves on the boards of several technology and marketing businesses, including Avantrio, CxO Analytics, DK Wine Group, StudioHawk, and Overdrive Interactive. He also serves on the Global Board of Directors of Young Presidents’ Organization, a worldwide community of more than 35,000 chief executives.

Earlier in his career, Dave served as CEO and President of Inforte Corporation, a publicly traded sales and marketing technology consulting firm, and as CEO of the Zyman Group, where he worked alongside former Coca-Cola CMO Sergio Zyman and helped advance the discipline of Enterprise Marketing Management.

Dave is a frequent speaker and commentator on brand strategy, growth, leadership, and emerging technology. He has appeared on Fox News and Fox & Friends and has been featured by Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fortune, Entrepreneur, Inc,  Forrester, and Gartner.
