Sunday Supper - January 18 (6-9)

Sunday Suppers are casual gatherings where new ideas and stimulating conversation are the main fare. The guest speaker leads an informal discussion based on their work or topic of interest. Reservations are open to current Harvard Club of Georgia members and Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta their guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance is limited to 12 people so that the conversation is more personal and happens around the dinner table. The dinners are Pot-luck, so please bring a dish that you can share. The potluck dinner will be held at Swapan Kumar's home from 6pm to 9pm on Sunday, January 18, 2026. This event will feature a brief presentation by Rose Scott and a potluck dinner and conversation will follow.

Rose Scott is the award-winning journalist and host of the WABE program Closer Look. Rose has covered topics dealing with Georgia’s death penalty, sex trafficking of minors in Atlanta, as well as the country’s biggest cheating scandal found in the Atlanta Public Schools. Rose also has an extensive background in sports broadcasting and has appeared on various national outlets. Well respected in the Atlanta community for her thought-provoking reporting style, Scott has been honored with several awards including a Southeast Regional Emmy Award, an Edward R. Murrow Award, Atlanta Association of Black Journalists Award and numerous Georgia Association of Broadcaster awards. She has also received awards from the Georgia Associated Press and is a Girls Inc. Strong, Smart & Bold Award Winner.
